Terms & Conditions for $20,000 Corporate Event Giveaway 2026

All entries are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Promoter
The promoter is ActivateUTS, ABN 53 107 038 684, trading as Aerial Function Centre, located at Building 10, Level 7, 235 Jones St, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia (the Promoter).

2. Promotion Period
The Aerial Function Centre $20,000 Corporate Event Giveaway (the Promotion) opens at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 1 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026. Entries received after the Promotion closes will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, its contractors, agencies, associated companies and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and residency.

4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

• Complete the official online competition entry form, providing their full name, company name, business email address, and mobile phone number;
• Opt in to receive marketing communications from Aerial Function Centre via email and SMS; and
• Consent to being contacted by the Aerial Sales Team about venue hire opportunities

Entrants may receive one additional entry by following @aerialfunctioncentre on Instagram.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete, illegible or late entries will be deemed invalid. By submitting an entry, entrants confirm that the information provided is accurate and current.

5. Winner Selection
There will be one (1) winner. The winner will be selected by a random number selection generator by a representative of ActivateUTS. The draw will take place by Friday 4 December 2026. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

6. Prize
The winner will receive a $20,000 AUD credit, inclusive of GST, to be used towards a corporate event held at Aerial Function Centre. The prize is valued at $20,000 AUD. The prize may be used towards eligible Aerial corporate event costs, including:

• Venue hire;
• Food and beverage; and
• Entertainment and other eligible event costs as agreed with Aerial.

Audio visual (AV) services and costs are excluded from the prize. The prize does not include any costs outside of the $20,000 prize value.

7. Event Capacity and Additional Costs
Aerial Function Centre can accommodate events for up to 450 guests, subject to the capacity and availability of the selected event space and the requirements of the event. The $20,000 prize does not guarantee that the full cost of an event for 450 guests will be covered. If the total cost of the winner’s chosen event exceeds the $20,000 prize value, including where the number of guests or selected event package results in additional costs, the winner will be responsible for paying the difference. The winner will not be required to contribute additional funds where the total eligible cost of their selected event is $20,000 or less, excluding any AV costs.

8. Prize Redemption
The winner must accept the prize by 11:59pm on Friday 11 December 2026. The winning event must be held at Aerial Function Centre by 30 June 2027 and is subject to venue availability. Public holidays are excluded. The winner is encouraged to contact Aerial and make their event booking as soon as possible after accepting the prize to secure their preferred date. The prize does not guarantee availability of any particular event date, time or event space. If the winner’s preferred date or space is unavailable, the winner will need to select an alternative date or available event space prior to 1 April 2027. The prize cannot be extended beyond 30 June 2027.

9. Prize Restrictions

The prize:

• Is a credit towards an eligible Aerial corporate event and is not redeemable for cash;
• Cannot be exchanged for another prize, product or service;
• Cannot be transferred, sold or assigned to another person or organisation, **except that the prize may be redeemed for an eligible corporate event hosted by the organisation nominated by the entrant in their entry**;
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter;
• Is subject to venue availability; and
• Cannot be redeemed for AV services or costs.

The prize must be used for an eligible corporate event hosted by the organisation nominated in the winning entry and cannot be redeemed for an event hosted by any other organisation.

Any unused portion of the $20,000 prize after the event has been completed will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash or another benefit.

10. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or mobile phone number provided at the time of entry. The winner will be provided with instructions on how to accept and redeem their prize. The winner must follow all instructions provided by the Promoter within the specified timeframe. The winner’s first name and last name initial may be used to announce the winner on Aerial’s marketing channels.

11. Unclaimed Prize and Redraw
If the winner does not accept the prize by 11:59pm on Friday 11 December 2026, the prize will be forfeited. If the winner is unable or unwilling to redeem the prize in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, including by failing to hold the event by 31 March 2027, the prize may be forfeited. If the prize is forfeited, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to select a new winner. Any redraw will be conducted using the same random selection method as the original draw.

12. Event Booking and Conditions
The winner must work with the Aerial Function Centre events team to plan and confirm their event. The event will be subject to Aerial’s venue availability, event requirements and booking conditions applicable at the time of booking. Further event-specific terms and conditions will be provided to the winner when their event is booked. The winner is responsible for complying with all applicable venue requirements and providing any information reasonably requested by Aerial in relation to the event.

13. Photography and Video
By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that Aerial may wish to capture photography and/or video content during the event for promotional, marketing and social media purposes. The winner agrees to reasonably cooperate with Aerial in facilitating photography and video capture at the event, subject to appropriate consent being obtained from individuals appearing in the content. Aerial will liaise with the winner regarding any photography or video requirements prior to the event.

14. Entrant Expenses
All entrants are responsible for any and all expenses they incur in entering the Promotion, accessing the entry form, using the internet, following Aerial on Instagram or otherwise participating in the Promotion. No expenses incurred by entrants will be reimbursed by the Promoter, regardless of whether or not they win the prize.

15. Marketing Communications
By opting in to the Promotion, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Aerial Function Centre via email and SMS. Marketing communications may include information about Aerial’s events, venue offerings, promotions, news and other relevant updates. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism provided in the relevant communication.

16. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s applicable privacy policy. The information provided by entrants may be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, contacting the winner and providing marketing communications where consent has been provided. By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to their personal information being collected and used for these purposes.

17. Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of entries and entrants;
• Disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
• Cancel, withdraw, extend or amend the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time where necessary;
• Substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; and
• Conduct a redraw where the original winner forfeits the prize.

The Promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

18. Instagram
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the Promotion. Entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

19. Liability
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered by an entrant or winner, including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entering the Promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the Promotion is final, subject to any rights available to entrants under applicable Australian law.
