The Aerial website (“the Website”) is owned and operated by Aerial Function Centre, trading as ActivateUTS (ACN 107 038 684) (“ActivateUTS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Website and any content, information, products, services, promotions or other offerings made available through the Website.

3.5. Information displayed on the Website does not constitute a guarantee that any particular product, service, event, date, package or venue facility will be available. Availability is subject to confirmation by ActivateUTS.

4.3. Submitting an enquiry through the Website does not guarantee a booking, reservation or availability. A booking or reservation is only confirmed when expressly accepted and confirmed by ActivateUTS.
4.4. ActivateUTS reserves the right to amend or cancel events, services or bookings where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances outside our reasonable control and subject to any applicable terms and conditions.

12.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in New South Wales, Australia.
12.2. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
12.3. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
12.4. These Terms & Conditions, together with any additional terms expressly referred to in them, constitute the terms governing your use of the Website.
